Collected is money that was actually reported and paid to you. It comes straight from your statements and it is always a fact. Still recoverable is money your work likely earned that never reached you - royalties that sat unmatched, unregistered, or misdirected. It is always an estimate, and every dollar of it traces to a reason you can read.
A song generates several separate kinds of royalties - streaming, songwriter performance, US digital radio, streaming mechanicals, international play, sync, social video. Most independent artists collect two or three of them. The Statement coverage page shows which streams you are collecting, which you are not, and how to start each one.
When the evidence shows money you can go get, StreamRev builds a case: the direct-pay letter that tells the payor to pay you, the statement lines that prove what happened, and a downloadable evidence bundle you can hand to the payor, an administrator, or an attorney. Cases live under Act now on your dashboard.
Statements are the facts. Agreements are the terms. Upload either on the Documents page and it is recorded the moment it arrives - nothing is ever silently lost - then read, cited, and put to work. Every figure running on a Default switches to From your contract when its agreement lands.
